Massage Therapy
(60 minutes)

A full-body massage and detox using a combination of massage therapies and techniques (traditional deep-tissue massage techniques, cupping, hot stones, stretching, trigger point release, etc).  You pick the strength of pressure and the focus areas. Prenatal massage is available upon request (minimum 2nd trimester).

Massage Therapy
(90 minutes)

A full-body massage with more focus on problem areas. This option is ideal if you haven’t had a massage in a while, if your body is feeling the effects of traveling, or if you injured/overexerted muscular tissue.

Energy Therapy 
(60 minutes)

$200

A fully-clothed table treatment, using hands-on energy techniques to rebalance various energy centers (chakras) in the body. Channeling Meditation can be employed during this session if you are interested in connecting to another dimension of reality or your deeper psyche. You will leave feeling lighter and freer with more clarity and more connection to your intuition.

A 60-minute massage session with a 30-minute energy session.  This combination of therapies is perfect if you want a traditional massage along with the energy work—the best of both worlds.
