This is done using specific tools to interrupt negative habits by replacing them with upgraded belief systems. The process combines aspects of: hypnosis, NLP, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and psychotherapy. At the end of the session, we reinforce the new installations with a a transformation. The transformation is a 15-20 minute recording made for the client to listen to daily. The transformation actually creates new neural pathways in the brain, reprogramming dialogues and belief systems. This rewiring process takes several weeks; therefore listening to the personalized recording is an essential part of the therapeutic process.
